Extremely poor quality product!!

"This is the second Effy product I have purchased where the clasps are very loose and do not hold the jewelry in place. Another was a pair of earrings where one backing would not stay in place on either stud. Additionally, the stones in the bracelet are extremely pale instead of vibrant color as described. I will be returning the product and will never shop with Effy again. I had planned to visit the Manhattan store on June 20 of this year but absolutely will not because the quality of your products is much poorer than in the past. Tiffany, here I come!!"
