"I ordered this specifically for the color and when I called to ask if I received the wrong product, the person answering was very short and didn’t really seemed all that concerned about the issue I was having. She recommended that I take a picture of my merchandise and email it to the customer service team and I gotta tell you the team that responded via email was excellent. They took care of my issue and while there wasn’t an option to have it replaced with one with the more of a bluish color, they did it offer a discount on an ex purchase so I was happy with that. My main concern was raising the issue to them so that they could correct the manufacturing process or take better pictures, either one."
