RING 1 STAR! Beautiful, but the diamonds fall out

"Absolutely loved this ring, however I have had 5 of the small diamonds fall out over the course of about 2 1/2 years, 2 of the round corner diamonds and 3 of the baguettes. Effy replaced the missing diamonds the first 3 times, on the 4th time they remade the ring for me, about 10 days after I got the new ring back another one of the baguettes fell out. They've offered full store credit for the purchase price which I took, but I'm very disappointed as I have the matching necklace and earrings and I loved the ring but no longer have a matching set. I am giving 3 stars because of the customer service, the ring itself I give a 1 star!"
