The Governor of New York State has mandated that all non-essential businesses in the state must close effective immediately. As a result, Effy Jewelry’s headquarters in the heart of New York City will be closed until further notice. We hope to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so, but in the interim please note the below impact on service.

 

Shipments

EffyJewelry.com will continue to be open for business, but please expect some delays in processing and delivery of orders. All items have been noted with a specific shipping estimates (right above the ADD TO BAG button), which are subject to change as the situation is evolving. Next day shipping options have been disabled, as well as most international destinations.


Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

During this closure, we will not be able to accept shipments or deliveries. Please hold off on sending packages (including all RMAs) until we reopen. Our refund and exchange policy periods will be extended during this difficult time. Any repairs work, sizing or service covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty will be honored as soon as we reopen.
