Promotion Period

• This Promotion is valid for a limited time, starting on April 1 through April 30.
• Effy Jewelry reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.

Eligibility

• Offer is available exclusively at the Effy Hematian Boutique in NYC. 
• The promotion is valid only on qualifying in-store purchases; online purchases do not qualify. 
• Participants must be U.S. citizens, at least 21 years old and legally eligible to travel. 
• Employees of Effy Jewelry, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible for this Promotion.

Qualifying Purchases

• A purchase of $10,000 or more, made at Effy Hematian Boutique during the Promotion period qualifies for the offer.
• Transactions cannot be split across multiple customers to qualify. 
• Purchases made with store credit, gift cards, or promotional discounts may not be eligible. 
• Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or loyalty rewards.

Cruise Details

• The free cruise includes a 7-day voyage for two guests on a participating cruise line. 
• Cruise destinations and dates are subject to availability and at the discretion of Effy Jewelry and the cruise operator. 
• The complimentary cruise includes standard accommodations (interior or ocean-view cabin, as determined by Effy Jewelry). 
• Exclusions: Flights, ground transportation, port fees, gratuities, onboard expenses, excursions, taxes, and additional surcharges are not included. 
• Upgrades to premium accommodations or additional guests may be available at the winner’s expense.

Redemption Process

• Participants must register their purchase and claim their cruise within 30 days of purchase by following the instructions in their gift package. 
• Once registered, participants will receive confirmation and details on available cruise dates.

Transfer & Expiration

• The free cruise is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. 
• The Promotional offer expires 12 months from the date of issue, if the participant fails to book an itinerary within that 12-month period. 
• Resale or exchange of the promotional cruise is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation & Modifications

• If a participant returns their purchase, the promotional offer is void, and any issued cruise booking will be canceled. 
• Any changes or modifications to cruise reservations must be made directly with the cruise line and may be subject to fees, at the participant’s sole expense. 
• Cancellations of cruise reservations are potentially subject to additional charges or fines at the participant’s sole expense.  
• Effy Jewelry strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection from third-party insurers to help protect the participant’s investment and provide medical coverage while travelling.  
• Effy Jewelry reserves the right to substitute an equivalent promotional offer at its sole discretion.

Marketing & Publicity

• By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that Effy Jewelry may use their name, likeness, and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

• Effy Jewelry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice. 
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of this Promotion may result in disqualification. 
• By participating, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms set forth by the cruise provider. 
• While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information in brochures, reservation forms, Effy Jewelry’s website, or communications by Effy Jewelry personnel, errors or omissions may occur. Effy Jewelry reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in invoices or other materials.

Limitation of Liability

• Effy Jewelry is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by the cruise provider. 
• Effy Jewelry is not liable for any personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred while participating in the cruise. 
• Participants assume all risks associated with travel and agree to release Effy Jewelry from any liability arising from the Promotion, including, without limitation, damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, or inconvenience.
