Is it safe to mail jewelry?
Yes, we ship our jewelry
by trusted carriers such as FedEx and USPS. All our shipments are fully insured
by EffyJewelry.com.
Is shipping free?
All orders receive
complimentary 2-day shipping to US domestic locations.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to serve
shoppers from all over the world. Pricing may vary based on your final shipping
destination and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please

How long does it take to get my order?
All in-stock items are
shipped Monday thru Friday, but may take up to 3-5 business days to process
before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on
method and location.
How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
An email notification
with a tracking number will be sent to you once we ship your order. To check on
the status of your shipment, click on the tracking number displayed in the
email, or check the My Account section on the website.
Do you ship to APO?
We do ship to Military
APO, as well as FPO boxes. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to
these addresses.
If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?
No, the shipping fee is
non refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect item or the item has a defect.
Returns are accepted up to 15 days from the ship date.

What is your return policy?
We at Effy want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item/s for refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of shipment. If returned between 31 and 45 days from date of shipment, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. We will gladly accept items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes. After 45 days, orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy. All refunds (less original shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
How do I return an item I have purchased?
Contact customerservice@effyjewelry.com or call 1-877-ASK-EFFY to
obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once approved, you
will receive an e-mail containing your RMA number, along with packaging and
shipping instructions. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns
insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders originating in the U.S,
the return, we offer free returns. The package will be returned to its original
sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if the package has been
damaged or tampered with.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all Effy products.
Effy stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture.
Please retain your original receipt for all warranty services. We kindly agree
to repair or exchange any item that we deem to be damaged due to a
manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive
wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones)
and theft. Repair or service performed by anyone other than Effy will
immediately void the warranty.
How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed
after the item(s) have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued
using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
How do I cancel an order once it has been submitted?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact
Customer Service.
If I purchased an Effy item from Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, etc., is my item under warranty with Effy?
Yes, you can register your Effy purchase at Product Registration. Please make sure to have your receipt to complete the product registration and to be eligible for the limited lifetime warranty.?
Is the refund policy the same for an Effy store and website?
The refund policies vary slightly. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your website purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive
store credit for your item(s) within 15 days from the date of shipment. We
gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or
alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. For products purchased in our
stores, please check the back of your receipt for details on how to return your
item, or contact our customer service at 1-877-ASK-EFFY to speak to a
representative.

Are your diamonds conflict free?
All diamond merchandise
manufactured by Effy is conflict free.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, or American Express cards, as well as PayPal.

Can I resize my ring? Is there a fee?
Resizing is covered by our
limited lifetime warranty. There is no fee.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only collected
for items shipped to New York, other states do not apply.
If it is an international
order, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you offer repair services?
We do offer repair services
under the lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects.
Do you price match?
We will match the price if
you find a lower price on an identical available product. The lower price must
be verifiable and price matching will not be honored after the purchase.
Price matching does not
apply to offers that include financing, bundling of items, free items, pricing
errors, mail-in offers or to items that are advertised as limited-quantity,
out-of-stock or clearance.
What is your upgrade policy?
Effy offers a lifetime
upgrade policy on all diamond jewelry, as well as loose diamonds.
Upgrades/exchanges will be
honored only if the purchase price is equal to or greater than twice the amount
of the original purchase. The original piece must be in new condition, and must
be accompanied by your original receipt.
